We've extended the SmartGuide platform to add game features and the interaction between teams competing in a treasure hunt game. Game designers can design their games and publish them to players with iPhone or Android Smartphones.

Alpha tests are ongoing with partners and the the Treasure Hunt Game design tools and games will be made available to the public in the fall of 2011.

Smart Guide North Atlantic The SmartGuide GPS Tour Guide platform was successfully developed and released in 2010 for Apple iPhone, iPad and iPodTouch. It’s an automated audio-guide with custom maps and pictures for use with GPS or as an interactive book. On location the GPS triggers narration, photos and maps. Server architecture to distribute the content to SmartPhones was developed as well.

The SmartGuide is now available with extensive tours in Iceland, some in Greenland, Faroe Islands and North Norway. It's also availble for the cities of Trier and Höchst in Germany

Turf Hunt - Treasure Hunt Games

Smart Guide Iceland The TurfHunt system gives Smartphone users the opportunity to play completitive treasure hunt games online and to make their own games for group events, field trips and parties. The TurfHunt treasure hunt system consists of Smartphone apps, game server and game designer authoring tools.

The treasure hunt games are now in beta testing and will be publicly available in in 2012 for both Android and iPhone Smartphones.
